Main purpose of the role
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, your role as Warehouse Team Leader is to manage the warehouse operations. This includes staff training and evaluation, productivity targets, and adherence to health and safety, from goods in to order dispatch. As this is a brand-new role for the site, you will have the exciting challenge of supporting the shift Supervisor in building a team. With a plan to have 2 Team Leaders, 8-10 Operatives and 2 Forklift Drivers per shift. The labour responsibility will significantly increase over our sale periods (3 per year), with support of 30 temporary workers per shift.

Employment Details
Employment arrangement: 12-month contract with the possibility of a permanent position.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Working pattern: AM and PM shift work, (5 days over 7 days).
Salary: Up to €2,518.75 pm (inc. holiday pay) + travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre.
